Northern Shift One
High-performance Canadian outerwear built for mornings below freezing and afternoons above +20°C. PCM zones, laser-cut micro vents and a V-shaped back exhaust keep your comfort window wide all day.
Founding run: 4,000 jackets for Okotoks & Calgary. Low-volume, high-precision production.

Technology stack
Every vent, panel and PCM zone is placed to solve the real Canadian problem: leaving in frost and coming home in sunshine without swapping layers all day.
PCM panels concentrate across chest, upper back and shoulders. As you heat up, they absorb excess energy instead of dumping it into sweat, then release it as temps drop again.
Micro vents on torso and sleeves feed cool air into PCM zones without punching cold spots into your core. You get airflow that actually feels intentional.
A V-shaped exhaust channel sits high between the shoulder blades where warm air naturally rises. It bleeds heat out the rear instead of blasting your chest with wind.
